It is very easy to cancel your visitor insurance in case of changing travel plans, just follow these steps:
Either email the insurer or use their customer portal to submit a cancellation request. Make sure to state the name of the person covered by the insurance, policy number, and the date you want to be cancelled.
Generally, visitor insurance policies will allow cancellation and payment of the premium back, provided that no claims are made.
Cancellation before the start of coverage generally results in a full refund but subjected to the plan rules.

The refunds that have been approved are usually processed back to the initial payment method and could take anywhere between 7 to 14 working days depending on the insurer.

For Seven Corners Policy Cancellation: If your travel plan is canceled, you must submit a written request for cancellation and premium refund. The subject line of the email must include the first and last name of the policyholder. The body of the email must include the policyholder’s name, date of birth, certificate number, and date of cancellation. For plan changes, requests should be sent to policy@sevencorners.com, and for policy cancellation, requests should be sent to cancel@sevencorners.com. If you have filed claims for reimbursement, your premium is non refundable. |
