When you get medical treatment in U.S. hospitals, you can reduce your out of pocket expenses if you use a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) that is covered by the IMG insurance policy. PPO networks are an organized network of thousands of reputed well established, qualified medical practitioners and highly regarded hospitals in the US. Your insurance ID card will indicate the PPO network that you can use. The PPO directory is regularly updated; however it is possible to have changes between updates. To confirm that the physician you have selected is in the PPO network, please contact the physician's office to confirm their participation.

Available for those up to the age of 65 years.
If you are a thrill-seeking traveler who enjoys life's more adventurous activities, you may want to consider adding supplemental coverage to your plan. The Adventure Sports Rider provides coverage for injuries sustained during certain extreme sports that would otherwise be excluded from your insurance policy.

This plan covers any Illness or Injury sustained while taking part in activities designated as Adventure Sports, which are limited to the following: abseiling, BMX, bobsledding, bungee jumping, canyoning, caving, hot air ballooning, jungle zip lining, parachuting, paragliding, parascending, rappelling, skydiving, spelunking and windsurfing.

3. Enhanced Accidental Death & Dismemberment Rider AD&D Rider

The AD&D rider will pay you or your beneficiaries up to $400K if your death or dismemberment is the direct result of an accident.
This optional coverage is available for the primary insured person only. This coverage is in addition to the Accidental Death and Dismemberment already included in the plans. Coverage must be purchased for a minimum of three months.

While all Patriot plans include benefits for return travel, the Trip Cancellation, Interruption, & Travel Delay Rider provides coverage for trip cancellation, travel delay, and trip interruption perils. II you are prevented from taking your trip for a covered, unforeseen reason, travel insurance can reimburse up to 100% of your prepaid, non-refundable payments or deposits that would otherwise be forfeited.

The cost of Patriot America Lite insurance for seniors is dependent on a few factors namely the age of the traveler, the plan maximum and the deductible.

The higher the plan limit, the higher will be the premium, while the higher the deductible the lower will be the premium. Travelers up to age of 64 years can choose maximum limits of $50,000, $100,000, $500,000, $1,000,000. Travelers aged 65 to 79 years can choose $50,000 or $100,000 coverage. For travelers above 80 years only $10,000 maximum coverage is available.
