The requirements for travel are quite fluid because of the rapidly changing situation with the covid19 pandemic and its many new variants most notably the Delta variant. However as of now, while the CDC recommends everyone to get vaccinated, it does not require travellers to undergo quarantine after domestic travel. Getting a Covid 19 vaccine is strongly encouraged in the US. Many US domestic health insurance providers offer Covid19 vaccine coverage. A travel insurance cover is however not a replacement of the health insurance will not provide coverage for Covid19 vaccine.
