Below is an excellent comprehensive plan called Visit USA from Travel Insurance Services. This plan does not have any restrictions with any state in US. This plan works as a visitor plan for Non US Citizens and visitors.
This plan has an optional benefit of covering hazardous sports activity which makes it an excellent option for customers interested in hazardous sports.
Note that for the BUDGET Plan A has a maximum of $50,000 for persons up to 79 years or $20,000 if over 79 years and plan B offers a policy maximum of $150,000 for persons up to 69 years of age.
This plan will cost you about $256 with a $500,000 maximum and a $250 deductible for 92 days of coverage.
