Travel Medical Choice Insurance Renewal
- The person can extend coverage as long as the primary participant is eligible for the plan. If you initially buy less than 364 days of coverage, you may buy additional time, from a minimum of 5 days to a total of 364 days. We will email you an extension (renewal) notice before your coverage expires, giving you the option to renew your plan. A $5 administrative fee is charged for each renewal.

- In ppo network: The plan pays 100%.
- Out of ppo network: The plan pays 90% of the first $5,000, then 100% to the medical maximum.

Travel Medical Choice Insurance Refund
- Seven Corners will provide a refund of your plan cost if they receive a written request from you prior to your coverage start date. If they receive your written request after your coverage start date, the unused portion of your plan cost may be refunded minus a cancellation fee if you have not submitted any claims.

- Ages 80 years over: Not Covered
- Other than Cardiac Condition and/or Stroke:
- Ages 14 days to 69 years: $75k
- Ages 70 to 79 years: $7,500
- Ages 80 years over: Not Covered
- Ages 14 days to 64 years: $50k
- Ages 65 to 79 years: $10k
- Ages 80 years over: Not Covered
