Up to 69 years: Options include $100,000, $500,000 & $1,000,000
Age 70 - 70 years: Maximum limited to $25,000
Age 80 years and over: Maximum is limited to $15,000

Coverage Outside US: After you pay the deductible, the plan pays 100% to the selected medical maximum.
Coverage Inside US: After you pay the deductible, the plan pays 80% of the next $5,000 of eligible expenses, then 100% to the selected medical maximum.

Covers treatment of injury resulting from accidents while taking part in: motorcycle/motor scooter riding (whether as a passenger or a driver), hang gliding, parachuting, zip lining, parasailing, bungee jumping, water skiing, wakeboard riding, jet skiing, windsurfing, snowmobiling, and spelunking.

Benefit Period: 180 days
It is the amount of time you have from the date of your injury/illness to receive treatment. If your plan ends during your benefit period, you can still receive treatment if you are outside your home country. If you have returned home, there is limited coverage under the Home Country Extension of Benefits.
