Hop! Travel Assist is a travel assistance membership program that provides medical and travel assistance for travelers worldwide, especially for those with pre-existing conditions. Hop! covers 100% of the expenses for the stabilization of sicknesses and accidents (whether new or pre-existing) up to the medical assistance level or pre-existing assistance level, as determined in the membership subscription agreement.
One of the unique features of Hop! Travel Assist is the guaranteed cashless claims process. This means that if a member uses Hop! assistance services, they don't have to worry about paying out of pocket for medical expenses. Instead, Hop! takes care of everything for them, making it incredibly easy and stress-free to use the program.
Note: Hop! requires members to contact Hop Assist within certain times to access benefits. Non-Life-Threatening Medical Assistance requires notification within 7 days of first symptom. Life-threatening Medical Assistance need to be reported within 48 hours of first symptom. Travel Assistance requires notification within 24 hours of the incident.

INF insurance will not cover visitors to US if they are already sick, if a traveller is already in the hospital, expecting to use the insurance, if travelers have scheduled medical procedures, or if travelers are seeking on-going treatment.
If a visitor proceeds to do any of the preceding, it may result in the cancellation of coverage, full refund of the amount paid, and all claims denied. INF has a 5 day waiting period for new sickness / pre-existing coverage if the traveler has already arrived in the United States.

An Access Expense is a non-refundable deposit to be paid before medical assistance is provided. There is only 1 access expense to be paid during the duration of your membership.
