| Eligibility |
Non-Us Citizens: Must not be eligible for any domestic health insurance.
They must check with at least three insurers, for example Aetna, Cigna and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
US Citizens: Must leave the country within 30 days of policy effective date and must spend at least 6 months of a year outside the USA.
Greencard Holders: Same as US citizens.

Inside the U.S. and Canada (Outside PPO network):
90% of the next US$5,000 of eligible expenses after the deductible, then 100% to the overall maximum per period of coverage. |
| Pre-Existing Condition Coverage |
Provide a US$50,000 lifetime benefit for eligible pre-existing conditions that existed at or prior to the effective date, subject to a maximum of US$5,000 per period of coverage. This benefit is payable whether or not you have received consultation or treatment for the condition(s) during the 24-month period. This plan options do not rider or charge additional premium for pre-existing conditions. |
