- This plan can be purchased for a minimum of 3 months to maximum 12 months. Additional coverage may be available for up to 12 months at a time, to a maximum of 36 consecutive months.
- This plan do not involve PPO network and you are free to visit any Doctor or Hospital and benefit level will be the same.
- Co insurance is after you pay selected deductible this plan will pay 100% of Covered Expenses outside the USA and Canada up to the selected policy maximum.
- If you renew the plan for 3 months or more you are eligible to renew the same plan up to 3 years. In case if something happens in the previous 3 months it is not considered as pre existing conditions. The same is not applicable if you buy a new policy.
- Persons age 70-79 are eligible for Plan A with a $100,000 Maximum and Persons age 80+ are eligible for Plan A with a $50,000 Maximum.
- Expenses related to pre existing conditions, preventive checkups, immunizations or maternity is not covered.
- Visitors to Canada from the USA or any foreign country can buy this plan.

Diplomat Long Term Insurance - Plan Details
- Maximums of US$500,000, US$1,000,000 for the life of the plan.
- Persons age 70-79 are limited to a $100,000 maximum and Persons age 80+ are limited to a $50,000 maximum.
- $100, $250, $500, $1,000, $2,500 per person per policy period.
