- US Green card and permanent holders can also purchase Visitors Care insurance.
- Plan is renewable (unless there is a break in coverage) for a total of up to 2 years. Any one policy period may not exceed 12 months.
- Visitors to the US above 65, your initial period of coverage must begin within 30 days of arrival in the US. This requirement will be waived with proof of previous valid insurance.
- An insured person may return to his/her home country for incidental visits up to a cumulative two weeks total and retain continuing coverage during such visits.
- Optional Pre-existing condition rider, up to 69 years $5,000 benefits and for above 70 is $2,500.
- Claims must be presented to IMG for payment within the Period of Coverage or during the 3 months immediately following the Period of Coverage.
- Intensive Care, Surgical Treatment, Physician visits and Private duty nurse expenses are covered with terms and conditions.
- Available deductibles are $0, $50, $100 and Ages 80 & Over: $50, $100. Deductible is applicable per period of coverage.
