- Provides coverage for non US citizens traveling outside their home country or while visiting the USA from any country.
- For those under 65 years of age and visiting the US initial period of coverage must begin within 6 months of arrival and for those above 65 it must begin within 30 days of arrival.
- Plan can be purchased for a minimum of 3 months and can be renewed (unless there is a break in coverage) for a total of up to 2 years.
- Each insured person must only satisfy one deductible and co insurance within each 12 months coverage period.
- Claims must be presented to IMG for payment within the period of coverage, benefit period or during the 3 months immediately following the period of coverage.
- There is no Co insurance for the treatment received outside the USA and Canada.
- As per the precertification, the insured or their attending physician must call the number listed on the IMG Identification Card prior to the admittance to a hospital or performance of a surgery. Billing will be done directly if precertification is obtained.

Patriot America Insurance - Plan Details
- Maximum medical coverage options are $50,000, $100,000, $500,000 or $1,000,000.
- $0, $100, $250, $500, $1000 or $2500 per each injury or sickness.
- No coinsurance for treatment received outside the US and Canada.
- For treatment received within the US and Canada: Plan pays up to 90% of first $5000, then 100% up to policy max.
- Plan offers variety of OPTIONAL RIDERS:
- Adventure Sports Rider up to $50,000
- Enhanced AD&D Rider up to $400,000
- Citizenship Return Rider up to max plan limit
- Evacuation Plus Rider
