Policy Maximum
|
Maximum medical coverage is $50,000, $75,000, $100,000 or $130,000. For 70 - 99 age group coverage is limited to $50,000 and $70,000. |

Deductible
|
$0, $50 or $100 per each injury or sickness (deductible applies only once for each injury or sickness and not each time you visit the hospital or doctor). For 70+ age group deductible is $100 or $200 per each injury or sickeness.

Eligibility
|
- For non-United States citizens visiting for pleasure, business, study or immigrating to the US |
- Age: Minimum of 14 days old onwards up to 70+ years
- Policy must become effective within 12 months of arrival in US.

Pre-Existing Condition |
- Pre-Existing Condition is a condition that would have caused a person to seek medical advice, diagnosis, care or Treatment within the 6 months (or 12 months for persons 70 and older) prior to the Individual Effective Date of Coverage under this program. A condition for which medical advice, diagnosis, care or Treatment, including Medication, was sought, recommended or received within the 6 months (or 12 months for persons age 70 and older) prior to the Individual Effective Date of Coverage under this program. The symptoms which occurred within the six (6) months (or twelve (12) months for persons seventy (70) and older) prior to the Individual Effective Date of the Coverage under this Certificate would have allowed a person trained in medicine to make a diagnosis of the condition producing the symptom; A condition which manifested itself within the 6 months (or twelve (12) months for persons seventy (70) and older) prior to the Individual Effective Date of Coverage under this Certificate; Should the Insured Person suffer a Myocardial Infarction or Stroke during the Period of Coverage and it is determined to be a "Pre-Existing Condition", coverage for those expenses will be covered up to the Pre-Existing Condition Benefit maximum, according to the Schedule of Benefits. (Optional Coverage must be selected on the application, and appropriate premium received.)
